Imm {Week 8}

In My Mailbox is a meme started by Kristi @ The Story Siren, inspired by Alea @ Pop Culture Junkie. >From The Story Siren: The idea behind IMM was not only to put new books on your radar but to also encourage blogger interaction. IMM explores the weekly contents of my mailbox and books bought. And sometimes other fun goodies.

Fun fact about this vlog: the first time I did it something popped up on my laptop screen and made a noise, ruining my video. This made me annoyed, obviously. I was in the middle of saying one of the titles so it ended up being "The Absolutely True Diary of...shit!" Lol.

P.S. Have you noticed my newest link in the sidebar? Click on "To Swap" to see the books I'm trying to swap for new ones. Also, don't forget to vote in the poll in the sidebar of my blog!
Happy Saturday!

I read Elsewhere a long time ago. It was pretty good. I hope you enjoy all of your books you're about to read =)

Thanks! I've heard mixed things about elsewhere, but it's been sitting on my shelf for YEARS. Definitely needs to be bumped up on the TBR pile. :P
Adoration of Jenna Fox was really good. The sequel's out this summer, though it can sort of be a stand-alone.
Incarceron was really good as well. Amazing world-building.
Delirium was fabulous! I don't get emotionally attached to books usually, but I wanted to scream, throw this across the room, and cry when I finished it. Though I totally saw the ending coming two pages before it did. But. A. Maze. Ing.
Beastly was really cute, though I was a bit bugged. (Let me know when you finish it so I can rant.)

Awesome stuff this week!

I've heard good things about ADORATION! I didn't know about a sequel either, so thanks. :)
I've heard INCARCERON's world-building is some of the best!
I've started reading DELIRIUM because I couldn't wait anymore and I don't want to get to the end because if one of my favorite characters dies I will be a mess. Way too emotionally attached right now.
I will definitely let you know when I finish BEASTLY.
*stares at awesome green earphones* Heh.
Wow, you have a nice stack of books this week in your mailbox. Delirium is on my "to read" list. I just need to get around to reading it.
Happy Reading,

I did too! :)
I read Beastly and I enjoyed it. I liked it WAY better then I liked the movie. Hopefully you can get to it during your read-a-thon.

Check out my IMM for this week--> http://unautrehistoire.blogspot.com/2011/07/in-my...

Happy Reading!

See here's the thing: I've been an Alex Pettyfer fangirl since Alex Rider and that god awfully delicious disaster he was in with Emma Roberts. So I would've liked the movie if Michael Bay directed and Nicholas Cage made a cameo. Hell, the rest of the cast could've been trained chimps and I would've liked it.

Rant aside, I am excited to read the book as Beauty & the Beast is in my top ten favorite Disney princess masterpieces. Also, I would totes be Belle if I played a character at the parks.
A great haul! Awesome stuff... I can't wait to read some of them :)

Why, thank you! It's my favorite so far as well. :)

:) I was just really excited about that stuff so was like, "eh, why not?"

I started reading it because everyone was RAVING about it and so far it's just okay. It's just not interesting for me so far.

And thanks again! I am Very Comfortable with public speaking, so speaking to my iSight cam's no big deal. *le shrug*
